As a follow up to that totally BRIT-inspired Raymond Weil, comes something equally patriotic - a supremely classy piece, definitive of the British music business - the Parmigiani Tonda Tourbillon Woodrock.
The piece has been created in honour of the Montreux Jazz Café which opened in Harrods earlier this year and which is the first to include a showcase of products associated with the acclaimed music festival, including those of Parmigiani Fleurier.
It features a unique and exquisite wooden dial, engraved with a Gibson Union Jack guitar, enclosed in the satisfyingly rounded Tonda case with those big curvy Parmigiani lugs. Shame then, that this will be a one-of-a-kind and only viewable through glass at the café located on the third floor of Harrods, London.
